List of devices that support eSIM

1. Prerequisites for using Airalo eSIM

To use Airalo eSIM, your device must meet the following requirements:

• The device itself supports eSIM function
• The device is not carrier or network locked
• The device is not jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android)

Note: Some device models in some regions may not support eSIM. This list is updated regularly, but not all devices are included. If you don't see your device listed, please check with the device manufacturer to confirm whether it supports eSIM.

2. List of devices supporting eSIM (as of February 2025)

(1) Apple devices

1. iPhone series

Supported models:

• iPhone 16 series (iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max)
• iPhone 15 series (iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max)
• iPhone 14 series (iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max)
• iPhone 13 series (iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max)
• iPhone 12 series (iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max)
• iPhone 11 series (iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max)

Apple devices that do not support eSIM:

• All iPhone devices in mainland China
• iPhone devices in Hong Kong and Macau (excluding iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS)

2. iPad series

Only the Wi-Fi + Cellular versions of the following models are supported:

• iPad (7th generation and later)
• iPad Air (3rd generation and later)
• iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation and later)
• iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation and later)
• iPad Mini (5th generation and later)

3. Special instructions for Apple devices in Turkey

• iPhones and iPads set up after June 23, 2020: eSIM will automatically activate after installation. If it is not enabled, please contact your carrier.
• Devices set up before June 23, 2020: Activate according to the specified steps (device data may need to be wiped, please back up in advance)

(2) Samsung devices
