How to purchase and activate an eSIM (manual activation)?
1. Purchase an eSIM card

- Open the RedEx app or visit the official website: http://redex.vip and click the "Login" button in the upper right corner. There are two ways to log in: Google Account and Apple Account.
2. Go to the "eSIM Store" section and select your target country from the drop-down menu or manually enter it to search. Clicking on a country will display all available eSIM plans for that country.
3. Select the eSIM plan you need and click "Buy Now".
4. Select a payment method. Credit/debit card and PayPal are supported. If you choose to pay by bank card, you'll need to add your bank card first (you can link multiple cards to one account). When adding a new bank card, ensure you enter the correct card information (card number, expiration date, and CVC security code). Otherwise, the payment will fail.
5. After selecting your payment method, click "Pay." Your purchase is successful when you see the confirmation prompt. After the purchase is complete, click "View eSIM" to view detailed information about your purchased eSIM card.
2. Check my eSIM card
1. After purchasing, click "View eSIM" or manually navigate to "My eSIM" -> "Current eSIM." This page will display a list of all purchased eSIM cards under your account. Click the "Details" button for the desired eSIM card to view its detailed information.
2. Click "Install eSIM." You'll be prompted to review important instructions. After confirming, the page will display detailed instructions for both QR code installation and activation code installation.
Note: Users can click "Save to Album" to store the QR code in the mobile phone album for later use.
3. Activate the eSIM card after purchase (Apple iPhone)
1. For an eSIM-enabled iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM, then follow these steps:
2. Click "Use QR Code" to enter the scanning interface. Scan the saved QR code and your iPhone will automatically download and activate the eSIM card.
3. After clicking "Done," you'll return to the "Cellular Network" settings screen, where the newly added eSIM card will be displayed as activated. Click it to access its details page and enable "Data Roaming." Your device will then be able to connect to the internet normally.
4. Activate the eSIM card after purchase (Android phone)
1. For Android phones that support eSIM, go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> SIM card to access the SIM card page -> Add SIM card, then follow these steps:
2. Click "Set up eSIM" to go to the "Scan Verizon QR code" page, and then click "Scan from photo."
3. Select the QR code for the eSIM card you previously purchased and saved from your phone's photo gallery. The system will begin the installation process, first prompting you to "Set up your ***eSIM card." Click "Set up" to begin the installation. Once the installation is complete, the system will prompt you to activate the eSIM card.
4. Click "Settings" to access the SIM card list on your phone. Select the added eSIM card to access the SIM card settings page. Turn on the "Use SIM Card" option and enable "Data Roaming" to successfully activate the eSIM card.
5. How to recharge the eSIM card?
1. Go to "My eSIM" -> "Current eSIM" page and click the "Top Up" button corresponding to the purchased eSIM card.
2. Click "Buy Now," select your payment method, and then click "Submit Order."
3. After the purchase is complete, go to "My eSIM" -> "Current eSIM" -> "Details" page. The "Package Expiration Date" will be updated based on the top-up status.
