What should I do if I can't access the internet after enabling eSIM?
1. Go to "My eSIM" - "eSIM Management" to check whether eSIM is enabled. If not, click "Enable"
2. If eSIM is enabled, go to "Settings" - "Mobile Network" on your phone, check that "Data Network" and "Data Switch" are enabled, and then go to "APN" settings to check if they are configured correctly.
