REDSTONE TECHNOLOGY, INC. (“Redex“, “we“) operates multiple businesses, including international mobile roaming data services provided under the “Redex” brand. Redex is committed to protecting and respecting your personal data privacy, and strictly abides by the data protection principles and clauses stipulated in applicable laws, including but not limited to the U.S. federal law Privacy Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

This document is our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which stipulates the basis and clauses for Redex’s collection, processing, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information (“Personal Information”) and non-personal data when you access our mobile application (“Redex App”), our website https://www.redex.vip (“Redex Website”), and/or use the international mobile roaming data services operated by Redex (“Redex Services”) and/or other products and services provided by Redex, our partners and affiliates, and third-party service providers (“Other Services”).

In addition, when you use the Redex App or Redex Website, we will collect non-personal device and technical information. Personal information that has been anonymized is not considered Personal Information in this Privacy Policy, as such information cannot enable a third party to identify a specific individual.

Redex collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, and also to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience when using Redex Services or any Other Services. Collecting, using, and disclosing Personal Information enables us, our partners and affiliates, and third-party service providers to offer services and products that best meet your needs.

When you register for Redex Services or any Other Services;

When you interact with our customer service personnel, such as by phone, letter, face-to-face meeting, email, or social media;

We will generally retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to achieve any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with any contractual or legal requirements, but in no event for more than seven years. This clause also applies to residents of the EU and Switzerland.

Redex will make the greatest reasonable efforts to establish appropriate physical, electronic, and organizational procedures to ensure that your Personal Information and other non-personal data are processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, disclosure, or destruction of the data. When building the Redex App and Redex Website, Redex has adopted industry-standard encryption and authentication tools to protect your Personal Information. When we collect your Personal Information through the Redex App or Redex Website, it will be encrypted, and industry-standard technologies such as encryption software, routers, and firewalls will be used to prevent unauthorized access.

However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot fully guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. Redex makes no representations, warranties, or commitments to ensure that the Personal Information you provide to us is always secure. To the extent that Redex has fulfilled its reasonable obligations, it shall not be liable for any direct losses, damages, costs, and expenses suffered or incurred by you due to unauthorized access to or use of your Personal Information, except as required by law.

All payment transactions processed by us or our selected third-party payment processing service providers will be encrypted using online encryption technology. You are responsible for keeping your chosen password, personal identification number (“PIN”), or other login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any third party. If information is leaked due to your personal reasons, the risks and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

Redex and its affiliates and business divisions, partners and subsidiaries will not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Redex and its affiliates and business divisions, partners and subsidiaries will use the collected Personal Information and other non-personal data to provide you with Redex Services or Other Services, continuously improve Redex Services or Other Services, and contact you regarding Redex Services and Other Services, provide customer support, and timely notify you of new products and services, as well as special offers.

We may from time to time use your Personal Information to seek feedback on your use of Redex Services and/or Other Services to help us improve the above-mentioned Redex Services and Other Services, or to provide you with special offers or promotional activities if you have explicitly consented to receiving such communications. Redex and its affiliates and business divisions, partners and subsidiaries may also use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

To successfully complete your registration and/or purchase of Redex Services and/or Other Services;

To share with third-party service providers we have entrusted (including Google Analytics), whom we have entrusted to provide certain services on our behalf, such as web hosting services, data analysis, marketing, market research, and customer service for you;

To disclose to our consultants, agencies, or other relevant parties to protect the rights and property of Redex and our employees.

Redex may disclose your Personal Information in accordance with the law if the following circumstances occur:

In the event of a corporate transaction, such as a sale, merger, acquisition, or other corporate reorganization or structural adjustment involving our company, your Personal Information and non-personal data may be disclosed, shared, or transferred to the new controlling entity or its authorized third parties to continue our business.

In any other case, we will disclose information to third parties with your prior written consent (including in the form of electronic written consent) (in such cases, we will ensure that you can withdraw your consent as easily as you provided it).

You understand that transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure. Although we will make every effort to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information transmitted to the Redex App and Redex Website.

For the purposes described above, your Personal Information and non-personal data may be transmitted outside your country/region and, where applicable, outside the EU. If transmitted to a country/region with insufficient protection levels, Redex will make reasonable efforts to ensure appropriate safeguards are taken, such as entering into data protection agreements.

The Redex App and Redex Website may contain links that, when clicked, may take you away from the Redex App or Redex Website or redirect you to other third-party websites. Please note that any Personal Information you provide to these third-party websites is not subject to this Privacy Policy, and Redex will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses you may suffer or incur from providing or disclosing Personal Information or other data to such third-party websites.

7. Cookies

The Redex App and Redex Website use “Cookies” to identify the network areas you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. Enabling Cookies on the Redex App and Redex Website ensures their normal operation, such as remembering your login status and optimizing page loading, etc. Conversely, if you disable Cookies on the Redex App and Redex Website, you may not be able to experience all the features of the Redex App or Redex Website, and some personalized services and convenient operations may not be available.

We will never store personal identity information in Cookies.

If you continue to use the service without changing your settings, it means you agree to receive all Cookies and other data collection tools. However, if you do not accept the use of these Cookies, you can change your browser’s Cookie settings at any time or adjust them through the relevant settings functions provided in our website or app.

8. Automatically Obtained Information

We will automatically receive non-personal data from your web browser or mobile device. This information includes the name of the website you visited before entering the Redex App or Redex Website (if any), as well as the name of the website you will go to after leaving the Redex App or Redex Website. This information also includes the IP address of the computer/proxy server you use to access the internet, the name of your internet service provider, the type of web browser, the type of mobile device, and the computer operating system. We use all this non-personal data to analyze user trends to help improve the Redex App, Redex Website, Redex Services, and Other Services, such as optimizing page loading speed and enhancing user interface adaptability.

9. Children’s Policy

The Terms of Service clearly state that users must:

i) Be at least 15 years old; or

ii) Be an emancipated minor or have the consent of a legal parent or guardian.

Redex will not intentionally collect personal identity information of users under the age of 15. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information of a user under the age of 15, we will immediately take measures to attempt to identify and delete such information from our database. At the same time, if you are the legal guardian of a user under the age of 15 and find that we have collected relevant information, you can also contact us at support@redex.vip, and we will actively cooperate with the processing.
