Terms of Service
1. YOUR AGREEMENT
This document is a legally binding agreement (the “Terms of Service”) that sets out the terms and conditions under which Redstone Technology, Inc. (“Redex,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”) offers users access to its mobile application (“Redex App”), website located at https://www.redex.vip (the “Redex Website”), and/or the international mobile roaming data services operated by Redex (“Redex Services”), as well as other products and services provided by Redex, its partners, affiliates, and third-party service providers (“Other Services”).
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Redex App, Redex Website, Redex Services, or Other Services. These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy found in the Redex App and Redex Website and any additional guidelines presented to you (collectively, the “Legal Terms”), constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Redex.
By using the Redex App, Redex Website, Redex Services, or Other Services, you agree to comply fully with and be bound by our Legal Terms. If you do not agree to our Terms of Service, you must not access or use the Redex App, Redex Website, Redex Services, or Other Services (as applicable).
2. DEFINITIONS
Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms have the following meanings:
“Network” refers to any and all networks owned, maintained, operated by, leased or licensed to telecommunications service providers, through which Redex Services and Other Services are provided.
3. REDEX SERVICES AND OTHER SERVICES
3.1 Redex and its partners, affiliates, and third-party service providers may change, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Redex Services or any Other Services at any time, including but not limited to the availability of any feature or content, without prior notice or liability, and without updating the list of supported countries/regions.
3.2 Redex does not guarantee that the Redex Services or Other Services will always be available or uninterrupted. Redex shall not be liable to you if the Redex Services or Other Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.3 You may subscribe to Redex Services or Other Services only if you meet one of the following conditions: i) you are 15 years old or older; or ii) (a) you are an emancipated minor, or (b) you have the consent of a legal parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to provide Redex Services and any Other Services at our sole discretion. Redex reserves the right to deny services to any user or group of users without explanation.
4. REGISTRATION
4.1 You must register for an account to access the Redex Services and Other Services (a “Redex Account”).
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in the suspension or termination of your Redex Account or access to the Redex Services and Other Services.
4.3 Any data plan purchased will commence when your data first connects to any supported network or when you begin transmitting data (as applicable) and will end upon expiry of the data plan or earlier termination under these Terms of Service.
4.4 Any unused data at the end of the validity period will not be carried forward or refunded.
4.5 Redex reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without explanation, to refuse registration or access to the Redex Services and Other Services.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 All purchases made through the Redex App or Redex Website are protected by the “Redex Guarantee.” If you are unable to install the Redex eSIM or establish a connection for any reason, we will refund your purchase. Please contact us through our online support service within your Redex Account for verification.
5.2 Redex offers various payment methods for its services, including but not limited to credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars ($). Payments are processed and secured by payment service providers approved by Redex, including but not limited to PayPal (https://paypal.com), Stripe (https://stripe.com), and others selected by Redex. Cash payments are not accepted.
5.3 You are responsible for all taxes, goods and services taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges imposed by law in connection with the provision of the Redex Services and Other Services.
5.4 Redex reserves the right to change fees or pricing at any time and will notify you via the Redex App or Redex Website. Continued use of Redex Services or Other Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the new or revised fees.
6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
6.1 You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, regulations, statutes, and rules related to your use of the Redex App, Redex Website, Redex Services, and Other Services, including but not limited to data protection laws, export control laws, and anti-money laundering regulations.
6.2 Redex reserves the right to immediately terminate your services and report to relevant authorities if your usage violates the above laws.
7. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION
7.1 These Terms of Service remain in full effect while you use the Redex Services and Other Services. Redex may suspend or terminate your access to the Redex Services and/or Other Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
7.2 Upon termination or suspension, your right to access and use the Redex Services and/or Other Services will immediately cease.
7.3 If Redex Services are suspended, any remaining data balance will remain valid until its expiration date. To reactivate or restore service during the suspension, please contact us via your Redex Account using our online support service.
8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access the Redex Services or Other Services, including ensuring that your device is compatible.
8.2 Your device must support eSIM and be network-unlocked. Because compatibility may vary by carrier and country of origin, if your device is unsupported, please consider purchasing a Redex eSIM card. Redex is not liable for service issues caused by device incompatibility.
9. NETWORK USAGE
9.1 You acknowledge that Redex does not own the network, even if parts (e.g., equipment, cables, fixtures) are located on our premises. We only provide access to the network via the Redex Services and/or Other Services.
9.2 Redex does not control the network and cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, even in designated coverage areas where blind spots may occur.
9.3 To protect and improve the Redex Services, Other Services, and the network, Redex and/or network providers may need to take necessary actions to maintain, enhance, or manage the network, during which access may be interrupted.
9.4 We are not liable for any loss incurred during such interruptions or inaccessibility.
10. LINKS
The Redex App or Redex Website may contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Sites”) provided solely for your convenience. Linking to these sites does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Redex does not control the legal policies or privacy practices of Third-Party Sites. Your access to such sites is at your own risk.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property related to the Redex App, Redex Website, and Redex Services is owned by or licensed to Redex. The Redex App, Redex Website, Redex Services, and Other Services are protected as collective works and/or compilations under applicable copyright laws, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redex, its parent companies, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, and third-party service providers, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of your access to or use of the Redex Services and/or Other Services or your violation of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to any damages, liabilities, settlements, fees, and legal expenses.
13. DISCLAIMER
13.1 No special relationship or fiduciary duty exists between you and Redex concerning your access to and use of the Redex Services and/or Other Services.
13.2 The Redex App, Redex Website, Redex Services, and Other Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults, without any express or implied warranties. These disclaimers are fundamental to the agreement between you and Redex, and Redex would not provide services without such limitations. Redex makes no warranties regarding functionality, security, accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted operation.
13.3 If you do not accept these disclaimers, you should not use the services.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and your use of the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This governing law clause is intended solely to determine the applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California.
